Privacy Policy (English)

Who we are. Wazefah (wazefah.com) is a recruitment platform that publishes job openings on behalf of employers we work with directly and receives applications for them.

What we collect. Only what you enter in the application form: name, mobile number, area and your answers to the job's questions, plus basic technical data (time, IP address, browser, and the ad or page that referred you). We never ask for age, gender, religion, marital status or any other sensitive or discriminatory information.

How we use it. To let the employer of the job you applied for review your application and contact you about it by phone or WhatsApp, to prevent duplicates and spam, and to measure job-ad performance.

Sharing. Your data is visible to our team and to the employer of that specific job only. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies & ad measurement. We use measurement tools from ad platforms (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and possibly TikTok, Snapchat, Google and X) to count applications coming from ads. A "Lead" or "Contact" event is sent with your mobile number hashed (SHA-256) and technical data; your name and answers are not sent.

Retention. Up to 12 months after your last application, then deleted, unless you were hired or ask otherwise.

Your rights. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time via wazefah.com/delete-my-data or wazefah.com/contact. Requests are handled within 7 days.
